Covid 19

These events will be following all health and safety procedures outlined by the New Zealand Events Sector Voluntary Code. To assist us in ensuring everyone is safe please note:

  • Anyone entering the venues during the day will need to scan in via the NZ Covid tracer app on their mobile devices, or fill out their contact details at the door. These details will only be used for contact tracing purposes, if requested by the Ministry of Health.

  • For anyone entering the venue for the R18 evening event, we will retain the details from the booking of your ticket, and these will be supplied, if requested, to the Ministry of Health, for contract tracing purposes.

  • Stay home if you are or have been recently unwell, and call Healthline (for free) or your health care provider if you think you have symptoms of COVID-19. Info at health.govt.nz

  • Hand hygiene – frequently wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds, then dry them thoroughly. Soap and hand sanitizer is provided in all bathrooms and sanitizer will be located throughout the venues.

  • Cough and sneeze etiquette – sneeze or cough into the crook of your elbow or cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then put the tissue in a bin.

  • Physical/social distancing – Physical distancing is no longer required at Alert Level 1, as the risk of community transmission of COVID-19 is very low. You can still play it safe by continuing to keep a distance from people you do not know. Use your judgement. The more space there is between you and others, the harder it is for COVID-19 to spread.
